Last week Graham Bennett, Managing Director of CRDM, the UK’s longest established provider of rapid prototyping and rapid tooling services, was invited to appear on BBC Radio 4’s prestigious programme ‘Click On’ to share his views on the increasing…
popularity of 3D printing. Also participating in the discussion with presenter Simon Cox were technology journalist Rupert Goodwins and digital editor of The Economist Tom Standage. Graham commented on the issue from the engineering point of view and emphasised how the 3D printers are revolutionising the way designers can work and parts can be manufactured.
After the interview Graham said:
‘It’s extremely rare for engineers to be approached by the press to comment on current technology issues. I believe that CRDM representing the engineering industry on Radio 4 is a sign of recognition of our extensive expertise and leading position in the market.’
