Quickparts UK have hosted a meeting for the Automotive Investment Organisation (AiO) at its High Wycombe plant.
Lawrence Davies, Deputy CEO of the AiO, outlined the overall picture of the UK Automotive Market, where they see future opportunities and what the AiO is doing to realise them.
It allowed The Buckinghamshire Thames Valley Local Enterprise Partnership (BTVLEP) to present the county as a potential investment location; making it possible for some of the innovative automotive firms that exist in Buckinghamshire to showcase their work and explain some of the opportunities/barriers impacting on them.
Local companies taking part included Quickparts UK, Hartridge, Hyundai Motor UK Ltd, Robert Bosch Ltd, Sigma Composites and the University of Buckingham.
