Due to on going growth and expansion, leading Rapid Prototyping and Tooling company CRDM is currently looking for the following:

CAD/CAM Technician/Toolmaker

Forward thinking technician/engineer required, assisting in all areas of plastic injection mould manufacture. Primarily duties will involve CNC machine set up and milling, programming off-line using the latest 3D based CAM software, extending to wire and spark erosion. Knowledge of CNC milling is essential, with experience of Delcam Powermill and/or Mastercam being a distinct advantage. Wire EDM and/or spark erosion background would also be a benefit, but is not essential. Training will be given as appropriate.

Candidates must have the ability to work within a small team on short lead time projects, contributing actively to problem solving and continuous improvement in a non-traditional high technology toolmaking and machining environment.

Salary commensurate with experience.
